Purchases on the mypureskin.ch Website
For any purchase made on the mypureskin.ch website, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.
This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Any goods returned to MYPURESKIN in contradiction with this provision will be sent back to the Customer at MYPURESKIN's expense, without the Customer being able to claim any compensation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify MYPURESKIN (Route du Stand 74, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland – info@mypureskin.ch) of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period, by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, MYPURESKIN will refund the total amount of the order, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred if the Customer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by MYPURESKIN) no later than fourteen days from the date on which MYPURESKIN is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
MYPURESKIN may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.
If the order was accompanied by a gift offered under specific conditions (e.g., a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached), and the Customer no longer meets the conditions for receiving the gift due to exercising the right of withdrawal, the gift must be returned to MYPURESKIN along with the returned goods. MYPURESKIN may withhold the refund until it has received the returned gift or proof of its shipment, whichever comes first.
MYPURESKIN will process the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different method and the refund does not incur any fees for the Customer.
The Customer must return or hand over the goods to MyPureSkin, Route du Stand 74, 1260 Nyon, no later than fourteen days after having communicated their decision to withdraw. This deadline is considered met if the goods are returned before the fourteen-day period expires.
The Customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
MYPURESKIN advises the Customer to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, MYPURESKIN will not accept any claim.
The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
