General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand, MyPureSkin, a public limited company with a share capital of CHF 100,000, registered in the Commercial Register of the canton of Vaud under IDE CHE-, with its registered office at Route du Stand 74, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland, and, on the other hand, any person who has made a purchase on the website https://mypureskin.ch, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”. Any purchase on the website mypureskin.ch (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.


Article 1: Customer's Legal Capacity

The Customer declares that they are legally capable of entering into a contract under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.


Article 2: Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of all taxes. Product prices are shown in euros. MYPURESKIN reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. The prices charged to the Customer are those displayed on the Website at the time of the order. Goods remain the full property of MYPURESKIN until full payment has been received.


Article 3: Product Presentation

MYPURESKIN makes every effort to present and describe its products as accurately and clearly as possible.


Article 4: Orders

An order is considered valid once the payment has been accepted by MYPURESKIN. MYPURESKIN reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has an existing dispute with MYPURESKIN or if MYPURESKIN considers that the Customer poses a risk of payment default. In such cases, MYPURESKIN may request additional information from the Customer, such as an ID or proof of address. If no response is received within five days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled. MYPURESKIN undertakes to fulfil orders only within the limits of available stock.


Article 5: Delivery in Switzerland

All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, except for orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, which will be shipped the following Monday, and those placed on public holidays, which will be shipped the next business day.

The Customer can choose from several delivery options:

  • PostPac Economy: delivery within 48 business hours

  • PostPac Express: delivery within 24 business hours


Article 6: Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

By validating their order, the Customer accepts all of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Payment on the mypureskin.ch website can be made:

  • By credit card (CB, Visa, or Mastercard) via the Shopify Payments secure platform; and/or

  • By credit card (CB, Visa, or Mastercard) via the PayPal secure platform; and/or

  • Using a gift voucher.

3D Secure Payment

Your order may be subject to 3D Secure verification. 3D Secure is an authentication system that offers optimal security during online purchases. During payment, your bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before authorizing the transaction.

How 3D Secure works:
After entering your card details, you are redirected to your bank's website. The 3D Secure window will display the authentication process, which may vary depending on your bank. You may be asked to:

  • Enter your date of birth

  • Enter a code received via SMS

  • Answer a personal security question

This exchange of information is secure and ensures the identity of the cardholder. For any questions regarding the 3D Secure code (how to obtain it, issues, changes), please contact your bank directly.

⚠️ Important: After 3 failed authentication attempts, your transaction will be cancelled and your card may be blocked. Contact your bank for assistance.

Payment Verification

To protect against fraudulent activities, MYPURESKIN may review validated orders. As part of this verification, our customer service team may request documents such as proof of address in the name of the Customer or the person listed for delivery.


Article 7: Secure Payment – Protection of Transactions

MYPURESKIN entrusts payment security to Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted, ensuring that bank details travel securely over the internet and are never stored by MYPURESKIN.


Article 8: Privacy Policy

All personal data communicated by the Customer on the website mypureskin.ch are processed for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering orders, selecting free samples, and recommending suitable products. These data are exclusively reserved for MYPURESKIN.

Article 9: Returns and Exchanges

9.1 Purchases on mypureskin.ch

For any purchase made on mypureskin.ch, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Any such items returned to MYPURESKIN will be sent back to the Customer at MYPURESKIN’s expense, without any entitlement to compensation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify MYPURESKIN (Route du Stand 74, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland – info@mypureskin.ch) of their decision by an unambiguous written statement (e.g., by post or email) before the 14-day period expires.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, MYPURESKIN will refund the full amount of the order, including delivery costs (except any additional costs if a more expensive delivery method was chosen) within 14 days from the date MYPURESKIN is informed of the withdrawal.

MYPURESKIN may delay the refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided—whichever comes first.

If a free gift was included with the order under specific conditions (e.g., a minimum purchase requirement), and the withdrawal means the conditions are no longer met, the gift must also be returned. Refunds may be delayed until MYPURESKIN receives the gift or proof of its return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the Customer and provided no additional fees apply.

The Customer must return the goods to MYPURESKIN, Route du Stand 74, 1260 Nyon, within 14 days of informing the company of the withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

The Customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

MYPURESKIN strongly recommends choosing a tracked shipping method. Without a tracking number, no claim will be accepted.

The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
